What do I need to bring to pick up a package?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID and your tracking number or pickup confirmation email. If someone else is picking up, they'll need authorization and their own ID.
How long will you hold my package?
Packages are held for 7 business days at our service points. After this period, undelivered packages will be returned to the sender. Premium members get extended 14-day holding.
Can I drop off a package without a label?
Yes! Our service points offer label printing services. We can help you create and print a shipping label on-site, or you can purchase shipping supplies and complete the address form manually.
